The Hispanic Heritage Foundation facilitates a number of networking opportunities for Latino youth designed to provide support and encouragement. With our growing number of Youth Awards Alumna and LOFT members and the need to educate and strengthen relationships between our partners and the next generation of young leaders, HHF created the Leadership Luncheon/Dinners series. In these events, young leaders are invited to discuss current issues, learn about opportunities available in multiple industries and obtain a better understanding of the types of jobs available. These events also serve to help prepare our LOFT members for entrance into the workforce and leadership positions.
