LOFT Institute helps move students toward high school and college completion and young professionals toward career success.

As part of the Institute, LOFT members are placed in a speakers’ bureau that provides mentoring and are given networking opportunities to connect with experienced Latinos.

More than 30 leadership or industry-specific trainings, workshops, summits, and Charlas take place each year engaging thousands of LOFT members and recruiting thousands more (network is expected to double over next three years).

Trainings are commissioned by sponsors or LOFT members and have various focuses including business and finance, education, entertainment/media, green, innovation, public policy, retail and science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

Research is conducted to measure Institute impact through surveys, white papers and case studies.

LOFT Workforce feeds off the LOFT Network and Institute to provide Fortune 500 companies and government agencies with vetted and prepped emerging Latino professionals.

LOFT Institute has an industry- and company-tailored approach to place candidates in full-time positions or internships. LOFT delivers talent based on a sponsor’s criteria, and HHF facilitates ongoing support to ensure retention of desired candidates by sponsor.

ExxonMobil executives have said, “LOFT has revolutionized how we access talent.”
